1 Scope of Advisory & Consultancy Services

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding understanding between you ("Client" or "User") and AB Consultancy ("Consultant", "Firm", or "We"). By browsing this website, booking an appointment, or engaging our advisory desk, you accept and agree to these terms in full.

Our Professional Advisory Scope Encompasses:

• Researching and identifying eligible Central and State Government subsidy programmes (such as PMEGP, PMFME, MSME, Mudra, CGTMSE, and State Industrial Policies).
• Preparation of Bank-Compliant Detailed Project Reports (DPR), including CMA data, cash flow forecasts, DSCR calculations, and project viability ratios.
• Assistance with application structuring, documentation checklists, and portal filing guidance.
• Professional advisory support during bank interviews, branch visits, and project defense queries.

2 Absolute "No Guarantee of Sanction" Clause

All financial sanctions, credit limits, interest subventions, and capital subsidies are granted at the sole discretion of the responsible lending banks (public/private/cooperative) and statutory government appraisal committees (such as KVIC, DIC, MOFPI, or State Level Task Forces).

Sanctions depend entirely on:

• The client's CIBIL / credit score and past repayment history.
• Financial viability, debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR), and promoter equity contribution.
• Physical field verification and project location inspection by the financing bank.
• Availability of budgetary funds and quota caps under the respective government scheme.

3 Client Information Accuracy & Due Diligence

The quality and bank acceptability of a Detailed Project Report directly rely on the accuracy of data supplied by the client. The client covenants that:

• All KYC documents, land records, machinery quotations, civil estimates, and financial statements provided are authentic, true, and legally valid.
• The client has not concealed any prior non-performing asset (NPA) classifications, defaults, or pending judicial proceedings.
• The client assumes full responsibility for any delays, rejections, or legal scrutiny arising from forged, falsified, or inaccurate records submitted to banks or government departments.

4 Professional Consultancy Fees & Payment Terms

Any professional fees charged by AB Consultancy are strictly for professional services rendered—including financial research, DPR report formulation, project feasibility analysis, CMA modeling, and advisory desk time.

• Professional fees are payable as agreed in the project engagement mandate prior to or upon delivery of DPR drafts.
• Consultancy fees are not contingent upon the ultimate credit decision of the bank or government body, as our professional deliverable is the bank-compliant project documentation and advisory expertise.
• AB Consultancy strictly prohibits and rejects any demand or solicitation of "bribe money" or unauthorized fees for government officials.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary financial calculation templates, website code, graphical posters, branding marks, and advisory formats developed by AB Consultancy remain the intellectual property of the firm. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to utilize their commissioned DPR report solely for their intended business loan application.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AB Consultancy, its partners, consultants, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential commercial damages, loss of business revenue, or project cancellation arising from bank rejections, government policy changes, budget expirations, or delays in administrative processing.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed strictly under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
